I made this about 3 years ago, entered it into a United Way Bake Off Fundraiser and won first prize. It's a lengthy recipe but well worth the effort!

I know we had one person that did not like cilanto scampi shrimp but we REALLY liked it. The only thing i did differently was I added 1 TBLS of adobe chilies instead of two because my boyfriend does not like very spicy food and I squeezed a juice of one lime instead of 1/4 cup. The bisquits were good too but i think some rice would be even better with the shrimp.
